Dave Sim! Free Comics!
Have you written Dave Sim for your free comic yet?
I did. Here's what I wrote.
Dear Mr. Sim,Please send me a signed Cerebus. I saw you Neil Gaiman's blog that you're giving them away. I'm a huge fan of Mr. Gaiman and anything he says is worth checking out, I try to check out, so here I am.
I'm sure you're being utterly flooded with requests - I've been enjoying reading Mr. Gaiman's updates on the project! But I hope you're still giving comcs away when you get this.
I would have written sooner but... well, there's no good excuse. I'm quite busy (I'm a freelance writer among other things, and absolutely drowning in work for once).
Anyway, you sound interesting, Cerebus sounds neat, and I hope you will be so kind as to send me one.

With my addy of course. Written on my Horrible Histories stationary, the one with Caesar all stabbed full of knives and saying "I get the point.", hee.
It's kind of short and silly but I wrote it by hand which should count for something, I hope. Wish me luck!
