Strength Training / Weightlifting

I started some very basic strength exercises in summer 2025, increasing the weight very, very gradually so my connective tissue can keep up (past attempts saw me straining tendons/ligaments trying to keep up with what my muscles could do).

The program I’m following is by the inimitable Casey Johnston, called LIFTOFF: Couch to Barbell. I’m just sitting at each increase of weight way, way longer. This is where I want to gather articles/stories about strength training and weightlifting.
